BOCA RATON, FL – Tournament officials announced today that the Gainbridge LPGA at Boca Rio will extend sponsor exemptions to Natalie Gulbis and Madison Pressel. Gulbis and Pressel will join the field of the inaugural #GainbridgeLPGA, where 108 of the world’s best will compete at Boca Rio Golf Club January 20-26 for a $2 million purse.
“We are excited to extend an invitation to LPGA veteran and fan favorite, Natalie Gulbis,” explains Dan Towriss, President and CEO, Group1001, “and Madison Pressel is a great fit for us and for the community with an opportunity to play alongside her sister, Morgan in their own backyard. We encourage the community to come out and support these talented players throughout tournament week.”
Natalie Gulbis has been part of the LPGA for nearly 20 years. During her time on the LPGA Tour, Gulbis won the 2007 Evian Masters, received the William and Mousie Powell Award, and was a 3-time Solheim Cup team member with career earnings of over $4 million. To see her full bio, click here.
